There are many ways to find the rate of a hotel:
You select your destination, travel dates and number of persons through 'hotel searcher'. Click on 'next'. You receive a list of all available hotels with their rates per room and per night.
Click on 'next' and you see a list of all available hotels and the rate per room and per night. 'Select' the hotel and the room type of your choice or 'refine' your search and 'select' the hotel and room type of your choice.
You select a hotel from the list of 'Our Top Hotels'. Then you see all available 'Hotel Information'. Click on 'Availability', fill in the travel dates and the number of persons and click on 'search'. If the hotel is available for the requested period, you now see the rate per room and per night.

We travel with children, can we have extra beds in the room?
We advise you to book 1 room according to the number of guests who will occupy the room. Where do I find the contact details of the hotel?

When you have completed your reservation, you can consult this hotel page, print and cancel this by clicking on ' my reservation' and by filling in your email address, confirmation number and client number. What is included in the price?
On our site we offer very sharp rates. All the hotel prices on our site Topdealhotels.com which are shown in the result list of all available hotels, are prices per room per night, unless mentioned otherwise. The prices which are applicable are provided on this page, printed in bold and in red numbers. When you select the requested room, you receive a total amount for your entire stay, unless mentioned otherwise. Extra taxes and supplements can be charged on the spot. Please carefully look what is included in the price and what not and check the cancellation policy.
The use of the services of Topdealhotels.com is free. We don't charge any supplements on the room rate, such as reservation or administration fees.
You should address your request for an extra facility (such as parking facilities, shuttle service etc...) directly to the hotel. Only the hotel can guarantee your extra requests and give you the supplement if applicable.

Can I take my pet on vacation?
If there is no mention of pets in the 'Hotel Information', this means that pets are not allowed at the required hotel. When do I have to pay?
You pay directly to the hotel on the spot, in local currency, unless mentioned otherwise. When you book through our site you close a deal with the hotel of your choice in their local currency. Please bear in mind that the currency might change in the meantime and that extra taxes and supplements could be charged. Look carefully what is included in the price and what is not and what the cancellation policies are.
Your credit card details are only needed to guarantee your hotel reservation and will therefore only be sent to the hotel of your reservation. We don't use your credit card details ourselves.

How can I pay?
You make your reservation through our online reservation system and you need to give your credit card details upon confirmation of your selection. When you check Credit card type there is a dropdown where you can see what kind of cards can be used to book (American Express, Diners Club, Visa, MasterCard,...) Your credit card details are only asked to guarantee your hotel reservation, unless mentioned otherwise and will therefore only be sent to the hotel of your reservation. We don't use your credit card details ourselves.

How do I cancel my reservation?
There are 2 ways to cancel your reservation:
1)Click on 'Click here to consult or to cancel your reservation' – this link is provided at the bottom of your confirmation and leads you directly to the page 'Reservation and cancellation' on the site of Topdealhotels.com.
2)Click on 'My Reservation' on the home page of the site Topdealhotels.com.
On the page 'Reservation and cancellation', you fill in your email address, your confirmation number and your client number which you received when you finished your reservation. You can find this information on your confirmation. Once logged in on 'Reservation and cancellation', you can 'cancel your reservation'. You fill in your email address, you agree with the conditions and you click on 'cancel reservation' – this is enough to cancel the booking. You can find the cancellation policies on the same page. Normally, the cancellation policies are rather flexible. Nevertheless, cancellation fees can be charged if the conditions are not fulfilled. You immediately receive a confirmation of your cancellation.

I would like to cancel but I didn't subscribe an insurance policy?
There is no cancellation fee on condition that you cancel in accordance with the cancellation policies operated by the hotel. The cancellation policiy of each hotel are stated on the page 'confirm your booking' of the selected hotel, on the confirmation page of your booking and on your confirmation you receive by mail.

How do I modify my reservation?
If you wish to modify a confirmed reservation, you need to cancel this reservation first and then you make a new reservation based on your modified criteria. You can cancel without any fee on condition that the cancellation is made in accordance with the cancellation policy of the hotel.

What is my confirmation number and client number and why do I need this?
The unique combination of your confirmation number and your client number gives you access to 'My reservation' where you can consult or cancel your reservation. We advise you to print your confirmation and to keep this safely.

How do I know if my booking is confirmed?
When you have completed the steps of the reservation process, you click on ' confirm your reservation'. You now see a confirmation page showing your confirmation number and client number which means your reservation has been completed. We advise you to print your reservation or to write down your confirmation number and client number for future use. A confirmation mail will be sent to the email address you used during the reservation process. Normally you'll receive the confirmation mail within 24 hours. In case you haven't received your confirmation, please contact us through the contact page on our site. You can also consult your confirmation through 'My Reservation'.
