The General Conditions mentioned here are applicable to the whole package of services offered on the site Topdealhotels.com.
To the General Conditions mentioned here, the Specific conditions operated by the hotel, could be added. These Specific Conditions should be agreed with when making your reservation. You commit yourself to comply with these Specific Conditions and to settle all amounts due and to accept the conditions and limitations of the liability regarding the availability of the services proposed.
2. Use of the website
Unless explicitly mentioned otherwise in this document, you are not allowed to reproduce, display, use, modify, download, re-sell or monitor any content of information for any commercial or competitive activity or purpose without prior written permission from Topdealhotels.com.
Topdealhotels.com keeps all rights which are not explicitely assigned to the user who cannot lay any claim to the use of it.

Topdealhotels.com provides hotel information to its users so they can book a hotel online to their satisfaction. Our services are based on the information given by Pegasus Solutions Limited and the linked hotels. All services of Topdealhotels.com are subject to these general conditions. Topdealhotels.Com acts solely as an intermediary. The final agreement is closed between you and the hotel manager.
Our services can be used for free. We don't charge any supplements, such as reservation fees or administration fees as a supplement to the room price.
4. Liability
If you use this site you are responsible for keeping your account and password confidential. You take responsibility for the use of your account and password. You confirm to have the legal age to use this site and to agree to irrevocable legal agreements and for any liability when using this site. You understand that you are financially liable for every use of this site and of those who use your binding personal information.
5. Privacy
Since we respect your privacy your personal information will only be used to deliver the requested service or information.
When you make a reservation, Topdealhotels.com sends you a confirmation with the details of your reservation. When you cancel a reservation, we also send you a confirmation of this cancellation.
We only give your personal data to the parties involved after confirmation of your reservation. Those parties can only use your personal data to deal with your reservation correctly and not for commercial purposes.
We only use your personal data, except for your credit card details, for the internal data processing. Subject to your prior permission, we'll send you commercial information on new products or promotions.
You also have the right of perusal as provided in the Law of 8 December 1992 on Privacy Protection. You can correct or remove your data on simple request and after identification.
On some occasions we send you a mail for feedback after your stay at the hotel. This mail gives you the opportunity to send us your opinion about the hotel. This kind of feedback will be considered as non-confidential information and no right of ownership will be applicable in this case. You acknowledge that your feedback can be used by Topdealhotels.com without charge.
6. Payment and Credit card
You pay directly to the hotel on the spot, in local currency, unless mentioned otherwise. When you book through our site you close a deal with the hotel of your choice in their local currency. Please bear in mind that the currency might change in the meantime.
Your credit card details are only needed to guarantee your hotel reservation and will therefore only be sent to the hotel of your reservation. Your credit card details are not used by Topdealhotels.com.
7. Security
Topdealhotels.com takes its responsibility with regards to your personal data and credit card details. Therefore we take the necessary measures to safeguard the transaction of your personal data and credit card details.
By clicking on 'Confirm your booking' when you pass on your data, you acknowledge that providing such information through the internet is never fully without risk. The damage you might suffer by the use of your data by third parties who are not allowed to use this information, cannot be covered by Topdealhotels.com
8. Cancellation
There is no cancellation fee on condition that you cancel in accordance with the cancellation policies operated by the hotel. The cancellation policies of each hotel are stated on the page 'Confirm your booking' of the selected hotel, on the confirmation page of your booking and on your confirmation received by mail.
If you wish to cancel your booking, click on the link at the bottom of your confirmation or log in through 'My reservation' on the site of Topdealhotels.com and then follow the instructions.
When you cancel the booking after the period set as a limit by the hotel to cancel without charge, or in case of a no-show, the hotel can charge cancellation fees. However, this cost is mostly limited to a one night stay. Topdealhotels.com doesn't charge any cancellation fees.
9. Disclaimer
The site Topdealhotels.com is made with the greatest care. Our services are based on the information provided to us by Pegasus Solutions Limited and the linked hotels, who remain fully responsible for the correctness of the information given. Hotels can change the hotel information, like rates and availability, at any time. We cannot guarantee that all information is accurate and complete, nor can we be held responsible for errors or inaccurate information provided by the hotels. We advise you to check the information before you go through with your reservation based on this information.
